Ranking Member Johnson Letter to Chairman Smith on NOAA Subpoena

(Washington, DC) –Today, Ranking Member Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX) sent a letter to Chairman Smith in response to the Committee’s recent issuance of a subpoena to the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Administrator Kathryn Sullivan for documents and communications related to climate research.
